1st Week of School

It is that lovely time of the year when a much needed break must come and go. I was anxious and nervous. Things have changed around a bit. The District interpreter has been moved to my room because things didn't work with them over at the other building. So I am to find things for her to do around the room. Since I don't really need an individual to facilitate communication, I now need to sit down and think where I could use an interpreter.

This year was different than last. On Monday and Tuesday, I practically had no access to my bare room with a desk and chairs. I managed to get in it Wednesday and have had the gracious help of my husband with getting boxes and bins back into the classroom. I changed the set up and this time I feel like there is more room. I believe the fact that they got rid of the long table that they gave me originally it has helped.

I found out some sad news. I will be praying that things iron themselves out. I am in utter shock at human nature. Other than that, we are getting ready to hang out for the upcoming holiday weekend.
