September and October Update 2013

September

Colin- He turned 3 on September 24th but not on a merry day. On the 23rd we ended up at the ER with a 105.5 fever and a seizure which ended up with a 2 hour of post seizure lapse.  We got home at 1 am and were on shifts with waking him up every four hours to give alternate doses of Advil and Tylenol.   He had a X-ray which showed large adenoids and depending how this fall goes may result in removal of said adenoids.  His blood work came low again with white blood. If they don't improve in December he will be seeing an immunologists for further treatment.  Other than a crazy start to turning three. He continues to grow and amaze us. He is currently a Momma's boy and Daddy is understanding of what it feels like to be on that end.

Abram started back to school and is getting back in the swing. September was a lot of reorganizing and getting adjusted to the change.

Laura: She started back to work and is now itinerant.
Loves her new job and is adjusting to the changes.

October
Colin: He finally celebrated his 3rd birthday. He enjoyed every minute of it. More recently his favorite movie has changed from Wall-e to Monsters Inc. His favorite food is macaroni and cheese.  He loves animals.

Abram: busy this month with wedding festivities in Bloomsburg.
Busy with classes

Laura: lot going on.  Need to reschedule a colonoscopy due to being sick. Another appointment at John Hopkins.
