Sickness has fallen on pretty much most of the family. Sunday of last week, Laura came down with the stomach bug that pretty much covered the entire week. Enough to keep her home 3 of the 5 working days. Colin is getting two teeth on top and 2 on the bottom and may look like a squirrel or a chimpmunk at the end :). At least she was feeling better during the end of the week.
Laura and Abram made friends with a couple through the meetup website that live in our area. They adopted their child and it was neat to learn about the process. We have always wanted to adopt and we like the open adoption idea. So we were glad to hear about their whole experience and how things are going. Colin enjoyed making friends with their son.
We are still busy as ever. We have begun to feed Colin some baby food. He didn't like rice cereal so we are now onto mashed bananas. Well we hope that the bugs that are going around don't hit others. Laura managed to catch the sore throat and ear ache that is also swinging by so she will be resting in bed for the rest of the weekend. So she doesn't have to think of missing work.
